Hi, we’re Sofia and Yosvel Hidalgo. Welcome to Paradise Cabins TN. Family is at the heart of everything we do, and we’ve thoughtfully created each of our cabins to offer more than just a stay—it’s an experience. Every detail has been carefully curated to bring together comfort, style, and a sense of escape. As parents of three daughters, we understand how meaningful time away can be, and we’ve designed our spaces to help you slow down, reconnect, and truly enjoy the moment. To us, these cabins are more than properties—they are places where memories are made. Our hope is that from the moment you arrive, you feel relaxed, cared for, and completely at home.

Check-in Time: 3:00 PM Key Code: The door code will be sent to you on the day of check-in between 3:00 PM - 3:45 PM. Please ensure you have access to your messages during this time to receive your code. If you have any issues or do not receive the code by 3:45 PM, contact us immediately. Enjoy your stay at Bear Paradise Cabin!

House Rules
- 📜 HOUSE RULES
- The property has a maximum occupancy of 8 people, including babies and children. Any guests exceeding this limit will result in a modification of your booking and an additional charge of $50 per person per night. To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, please follow these house rules:
- 🚭 No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the cabin, including cigarettes, cigars, vaping, and any other substances. Smoking inside the cabin will result in a $250 fee. When smoking outside, please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground—use the designated ashtrays. Improper disposal of cigarette butts can be a fire hazard.
- 🐾 No pets are allowed under any circumstances. If you bring a pet, you will be charged a $500 penalty per pet.
- If your pet causes any damage, you will be charged the full cost of repairs plus an additional $500 penalty.
- The property is monitored by 360-degree exterior audio/visual security cameras. If we detect a pet at the cabin during your stay, you will be charge as described above.
- 🎉 No parties are allowed. Hosting a party will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund. Unauthorized guests are not permitted.
- 🛋 Do not move furniture or decor.
- 🤝Respect the neighbors and local wildlife.
- Weather & Utility Interruptions
- Our cabin is located in the mountains, where weather conditions can sometimes affect utilities.
- During heavy rain, strong winds, or snow, electricity and internet services may experience temporary interruptions.
- The cabin's water supply comes from a well, which means that if there is no electricity, there is no water.
- In most cases, services are restored within an hour, but we cannot guarantee restoration times.
- A flashlight is provided in the kitchen cabinet in case of a power outage.
- A fire extinguisher is available for emergency use—please familiarize yourself with its location.
- Refunds cannot be provided due to weather-related service interruptions beyond our control.
